Cheesy pizza Toast

It is a quick and healthy variation of pizza baked on tava or a griddle or a pan. Topping option for this are endless. More and more veggies can be added so that you can get more nutrition from your snack as well.

Step by step recipe:

  • Remove edges of bread and apply pizza tomato sauce on it.
  • Add some grated cheese. Add ½ tsp capsicum to each slice.
  • Add 1 tsp cheese to all slices
  • Now heat a pan and on low flame add 1 tsp oil and place bread slices gently.
  • Cover it and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes cheese will melt and bread from downwards will be crispy also.
  • Cut each one into two parts and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • Multigrain bread 4 slices
  • Green capsicum 1 chopped
  • Red Capsicum 1 chopped
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Cheese 100 gm
  • Pizza tomato sauce 4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Red Chili flakes ½ tsp
