It specifically emphasizes on popular recipes, prepared in a healthy way, keeping in mind that taste is not compromised due to restraints exercised to maintain their health benefits. Aanaya Kitchen stands out different from other cooking websites as it teaches popular recipes made in a healthy way, so as to keep up with its taste, without compromising on its health benefits. Having hailed from the central part of India and with a knack for cooking since my growing years and more importantly being a foodie, I would love to munch on all the famous world foods regardless of their impact on health but having grown up and being a mother of one, now the realization of health benefits, influenced me to start Aanaya Kitchen, Where I could teach household women to make dishes like Pizzas, Pastas, Parathas etc., maintaining limited fats and cholesterol, importantly without compromising on the taste, of these mouth watering dishes.Another objective of starting Aanaya Kitchen, was to help mothers finding it difficult to cope with their food fussy children. Now,such mothers just need to go through my recipes and they would find a solution to pacify the taste of their fussy children without compromising on their kids health.
