Having hailed from the central part of India and with a knack for cooking since my growing years and more importantly being a foodie, I would love to munch on all the famous world foods regardless of their impact on health but having grown up and being a mother of one, now the realization of health benefits, influenced me to start Aanaya Kitchen, Where I could teach household women to make dishes like Pizzas, Pastas, Parathas etc., maintaining limited fats and cholesterol, importantly without compromising on the taste, of these mouth watering dishes.Another objective of starting Aanaya Kitchen, was to help mothers finding it difficult to cope with their food fussy children.
