Spinach Mushroom - Palak Mushroom Sabzi
Spinach Mushroom recipe is simple stir fry of spinach and mushrooms with onion, Tomato and garlic. A hint of
butter and coriander will help to lift up the flavors of recipe. It is quick and easy recipe and you can serve it with
roti or paratha to make the meal complete.
Step by Step Recipe:
- Chop all Ingredients like Spinach, Mushroom, 1 onion, 1 tomato, garlic, 2 green chilies
- In a Skillet heat 1tsp oil over medium high heat. Add chopped garlic, green chili, onion.
- Stir fry it and then add 1tsp butter, sauté and add tomato, let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1tsp coriander powder. Mix it well.
- Add chopped mushrooms, sauté, Add chopped spinach, Mix and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Add ½ tsp salt. Give it a stir.
- Serve it hot with paratha.

- Mushroom 200 gm
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Green Chili 1
- Coriander Powder 1tsp
- Red Chili ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 tsp
- Butter 1tsp
- Curd for garnishing
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
