Yummy Potatoes
Quick, simple, yummy potatoes, sautéed in mild spices. This 2 minutes side dish completes the meal and
you can use this as a filling in rolls. This is a dry dish so it is good serve along with dal or raita.
Step by step recipe:
- Wash chopped potatoes thoroughly and keep aside.
- In a kadhai add 1 tbsp oil, let it heat on medium flame.
- Add 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander seeds, let it crackle, Add chopped potatoes, mix , add
1chopped onion, sauté it.
- Add 1 tsp salt, ½ cup water. Cover it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
- Check if water is absorbed well.
- Add 1 chopped tomato, 1 /3 tsp coriander powder and sauté it.
- Add some coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with poori or roti.
