Stuffed capsicum
Stuffed bell pepper/capsicum is a very famous recipe across the World. Capsicum filled with Potato
stuffing covered with lots of cheese makes it more than delicious and it’s a family favorite too, especially
among kids.
Preparation:
- Wash and cut capsicum in to two pieces take out all the seeds , Chop 1 onion, 1 green chili.
- Heat oil in a pan, add 3-4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 chopped green chili, ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½
tsp cumin seeds, 1 chopped onion.
- Sauté till golden brown.
- Add mashed boiled potatoes and sauté
- Add ½ cup boiled peas. Add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp
coriander powder, ½ lemon juice to it and all together.
- Let it cool for some time. Fill this stuffing to capsicum and add grated mozzarella cheese on the
top.
- Bake this for 15 minutes at 180 degree and serve hot.

- Onion (chopped) 1
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds ½ tsp
- Green chili 1

- Lemon juice 2tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2-3 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
