It is a very refreshing recipe, made with blending fresh coconut with spices and peanuts.
Step by step recipe:
In a grinder add 1 cup sliced coconut, ½ cup peanuts, 1 cup curd with 1tsp salt. Grind it to make
a fine paste.
For tempering, Take ladles, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 2-3 dry red chilies, 5-6 curry
leaves and cook for 2 minutes on low flame and pour this on chutney mixture.
Mix all things gently and enjoy with idli, Dosa or medu vada.
