Veg Pakora
Pakoras are delicious Indian fried snack made from gram flour, spices and vegetables of your choice.
Pakoras are extremely crunchy and loved by everyone. People usually have during evening teatime and
you can make it easily when you have guest at home.
Step by step recipe:
- In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup gram flour, ¼ cup sooji, ½ tsp turmeric, 1tsp salt,1 chopped garlic
clove,1 chopped green chili, chopped coriander,1 pinch hing.
- Mix all things together. Add water in portions to make a thick paste.
- Add washed cauliflower to the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan, on a medium flame, add coated cauliflower one by one.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Take all pakoras out on a paper towel to absorb extra oil.
- Fry all left over in same way and enjoy with chutney or ketchup.

- Cauliflower (diced) 100 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chili 1
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Ajwain ½ tsp
- Rava/sooji ¼ cup
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves
